OwnerJoel, a Kuna local and Idaho native, is deeply rooted in the Treasure Valley. A dedicated family man with a wife and two children, Joel actively gives back through community service, having served a two-year LDS mission and achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. In his free time, you'll find him staying fit, exploring Idaho's beautiful hiking trails, and supporting local restaurants.
Jacob Kellogg
Sales DirectorJacob is a Treasure Valley native who has proudly served Idaho homeowners for nearly a decade. The pillars of his life are faith, family, and fitness, which drive his commitment to delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships within the community.
Taylor Foad
Chief Marketing OfficerTaylor moved to Idaho with his beautiful family in 2021. Alongside his wife and two children, he serves as an emergency placement foster parent in the Treasure Valley. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music with a Minor in Bible and Theology, utilizing both degrees actively in his local church. Outside the office, he embraces the great outdoors through fishing, riding dirt bikes, and recreational shooting.
Grant Dillard
Office AdministratorAn Idaho native born and raised, Grant brings a steadfast dedication to his role. With a growing family that includes his wife and a baby on the way, he stays busy both in and out of the office. Grant is a licensed private pilot who loves flying and traveling across Idaho's skies. When he's grounded, he's an avid college football fan who cherishes time spent with his wife.
Denice "D" Lee Graham
Team Lead TechDenice, known as "D" by the team, was born and raised right here in Boise. Her keen eye for detail shines through in her favorite part of the job: the final walkthrough, where she ensures every project looks beautiful and flawless. She loves working outdoors, especially when it means getting to see a customer's dogs or cats. In her free time, Denice enjoys landscaping, gardening, and hiking.
Cody Young
Team LeadOriginally from Pittsburgh, PA, Cody has called Idaho home for the past five years. An integral part of the IDS team for a year, Cody is driven by his core values: his faith, his family, and his beloved dog. Whether he's managing a project on-site or spending a quiet weekend at home, his loyal dog is rarely far from his side.
Rhys Wilcox
Company ElectricianFor Rhys, the best part of being the Company Electrician is solving the daily puzzle of powering customer pumps while ensuring they feel completely comfortable and confident in the results. He takes pride in utilizing his specialized skill set to provide not just exceptional electrical work, but a memorable customer experience that represents IDS at the highest level. Outside of work, Rhys enjoys reading, camping, fishing, and family time with his wife and their six-year-old daughter—who is already an avid dirt bike racer!
